- Export your digital identity at any time
- Delete your digital identity and associated data
- Set terms for licensing your identity data
- Receive compensation for authorized use of your data
8. Fees and Payments
Some features of our services may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable pricing and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
